Qualified iPHASE engineers perform IQOQ which includes hands on synthesis preparation, hot & cold testing along with software training.
Maintenance & Spare parts
iPHASE engineers preform annual preventative maintenance. Ask our team about the service contracts that iPHASE can offer.
Spare parts can be expressed shipped or even stored at the user site. For sites with experienced engineers we can train the user to preform annual maintenance.
Remote connection
Remote diagnostics are built into every system we make. This enables our experienced engineers to remotely diagnose, test and guide the user to the quickest solution to an issue.
